My friend joined before me at the time of first appointment (one month) during 1988 but received pay and increments simultaneously. At one stage I got promotion to higher post and moved to higher pay by 2005 and got revised pay 1.1.2006 received higher pay till June, 2007. But my friend got promotion ony by May 2007 but opted for increment benefit at lower pay scale and revised pay fixation by 1.7.2007 got higher pay than me from July 2007. If it the case am I be eligible for Pay anomaly to get fixed my with my friends' pay from July 2007
