Question: Filling RTI application

I would like to have copy of permission given by concern dept for taking out Mohurrum Porcession. Should i ask to Police dept or Revenue Dept. ?
Does any one has the exact address to file this application in Gujarat ?

Dear Administrator , I would like to see the list of colonies which are in the way of regularisation and got provisional certificate by Delhi govt. Iwant to know wheather our colony ''Gali no16,H-Block, Sangam Vihar '' is in the eligibility catagory.Our registration no is 359 in Urban Development Department.REcpt no is 1480 Dated 31 Jan 2008.

Mr. Sayed, U can file RTI appln with SPIO of Office of Ahmedabad Police Commissioner. Send it by regd ad post. For Gujarati RTI rules for format and fees pl visit GUIDE section [top right of this page].

Mr. Junaid, U should have started another thread for your query. Any way, U can file RTI appln with SPIO of MCD Commissioner by following Delhi RTI rules which are available in GUIDE SECTION [top right of this page.]. U can seek any info that U need.

Thanks for naswering my query. I fall under Rural police so should i go to DSP AHd(Rural) ? and how to pay fees and what is the format........or do you know someone in Ahd whi help me out ....

You can get details of format and fees etc by visiting www. gic.guj.nic.in. [see Gujarat RTI Rules] You have to affix non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.20. It is available with stamp vendors. Format is as under:
