my friend made application to talathi for transfre of my plot of sundersing sahakari housing socirty. the circal officer is not giving me any information or written statment, tahasildar officer also not giving any responce. what should i do? You should file and RTI application address to Tahsildar and question about the transfer of the plot. Please see the links given for more details.

Pl file RTI application with SPIO of the office of Collector [revenue head of district] by refering to my blog at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ding-govt.html. U have to follow RTI Rules of your state for format and fees. Rules of majority of states are available in GUIDE section [top right of this page]. If not available here, pl visit official website of your State Govt-RTI icon or website of your state info commission.
