Question: what action can be taken after 30 days if no reply given under RTI

I had filed an application under RTI with Registrar, Delhi cooperative society on 19/09/2008.
If do not get any reply within 30 days what will be my next course of action and whom should I approach.

U can prefer first appeal with the Applellate Authority under RTI of that dept within 30 days from the date U should have recd reply [i.e. 60 days from date of receipt of appln by PIO].
