Bsnl refund + 5 year interest + compensation + dicipilinary action = rti success

I filed a RTI application to BSNL DGM bhilwara for the refund of landline telephone . My father gave application with reamaining amount of bill and submitted reciever before 5 year. But we didnt got refund.
I came in contact with RTI Portal and With all intelligent member of this forum and learnt everything about RTI.
I drafted RTI application before 15 days ago got reply before 2 days ago from CPIO.
I asked in my RTI........
1. What is the action taken on my application from past 5 year provide me certified copies of your each official where my application was lying during this perioud.
2. Why refund not provided me from past 5 years. Reason made ...
3. Dicipilinary action against erroring officials.
4. Interest on my refund for 5 year
5. compensation for round and round
6. I asked them certified photocopy of document which shows the rights of customer and facilities extend to them.
7. I also asked 5 cases in which interest paid to customer for long delay in work similar like my case.
8. And the date when they will going to issue me check for my refund with my demands.
And we got letter from cpio he feel sorry and give us promise that he will take action soon on these officials who misplaced our application also interest+compensation+ refund check is issued to us by registered post for A/C payee to my fathers name.

If even after his commitment, if they fail to comply it, you have to file consumer complaint with demand compensation for the harassment without going to First Appeal or Second Appeal under RTI.
