Information of customer care centre strength of bses delhi Dear Sirs,
The BSES Delhi sent an inflated electricity bill and for seeking clarification on the bill I tried their customer care telephone number to talk to their customer care executive. Even after holding 20 minutes the line was not transferred to their customer care executive and continued the recorded message that “all their customer executives are busy attending other calls”. I tried the same on three consecutive days and situation was no different.
I put a complaint on the bills irregularity on their website on 19.9.2011 but no reply or communication received till now.
In the above situation I would like to seek the following information through RTI
1) The number of customer care executives engaged to attend the calls during the office hours.
2) Total average number of calls in a day, attended by their executives
3) The total average number of calls dropped due to long holdings
4) The number of days required to provide the feedback on the complaint lodged on their site
I am totally new in seeking such information under RTI and request your advice whether the above can be put under RTI and if so kindly advice the procedures for the same.
