7 12 extract in pune city

i want to ask u that how can i get 7 12 extract ONLINE in pune city, I TRIED THE WEBSITE i. e. www.mahabhulekh.mumbai.nic.in
BUT, THE WEBSITE IS SHOWING AN ERROR FOR ACCESS for a so many days till date.
i am so upset that how can they give response online by this way.
