I have been informed by aReal estate Consultant that Coommisioner Cooperative housing society maharshtra Pune has issued a circular that cooperative housing society are not covered & are exempt from RTI act. can some one help me getting the circular      |

Recently Karnataka High Court has ruled on 30-06-08 that coop soc are beyond RTI. In Gujarat, High Court has stayed decision of GIC treating coop soc/banks as public authority under RTI act.
