Institute of town planners india registered under company Act 1956, which is offering technical course, Associateship examination in Town planning (AITP) by distance mode. I got information under RTI Act 2005 from AICTE stating that as a member of Joint committee it has not approved the AITP. DEC also given reply under RTI Act 2005 stating that AITP is not approved. My query is UGC reply as a member of Joint Commitee is mandatory for me to file the case against a persion who has obtained the AITP is INVALID.      |
