i am having a old house , which i wanted to reconstruct it ..
but due to some mischief neighbor , they have made obstacles in making my home.
even after having passed all necessary document..
the secretary of development authority is not permitting us to construct it , so i just need help , so what question i should put up , and to whom i should give the RTI application .
