Hi, I sent a complaint to the CIC,New Delhi against the Bar council of India and the State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 19.09.2008 along with supporting documents by speed post.But so far my complaint has not been figured in the "status of complaints and appeals" of the official site of the Commission.Is it due to noncompliance of any procedural formalities or my complaint gets misplaced due to overlapping.What should I do now? syam ji, ideally it takes about a month to get your complaint/appeal registered in the CIC. it may take even more time to get the appeal registered. so you may wiat for another a week to get your complaint figured on the website of CIC. meanwhile you can make a phone call to CIC and can ask them the dairy no. of your case. |
