Speed post tracking
I did not get acknowledgment for proof of FAA received by concern department through speed post tracking, the speed post has been sent 25 days before. I tried to make complaint through “web based customer grievance handing system”, after selecting speed post letter section from the “transaction” automatically complaint section getting block. And the system is not accepting the complaint without complaint section. Anybody kindly check this blow site and respond regarding this issue or alternate solution.
