Please review application for passport delay.

It's been 9 months and no passport. (Full story of my passport delay is here, : 3 months, no passport..)

Please review attached RTI application and let me know if it is set to be sent. Should I also send them along, a full photocopy of my previous passport, just in case?

I hope to be sending this tomorrow. Highly appreciate all help

You can ask for the progress status of your passport renewal application dtd.....
1. Who is the officer in charge of renewing my passport?
2.After receiving the application what did he do with it?
3.How long does it take to renew the passport?
4..What are the reasons recorded for the delay in renewing my passport?
5.When will my passport be renewed?

You may add above in your RTI but change the wording of these queries as questions is not termed as information, like:
Provide me the details of officer who has been entrusted the duty to renew my passport.
3. Provide me the time limit set for renewal of old passport.
4. provide me the reasons recorded for the delay in renewing my passport. If no reasons are recorded on this subject, it is also the information as per sec 2 of the act and need to be given. In this case name of the higher office with all contact details.
5. Provide me the time limit set for renewal of my passport.
I think Q 2 can be removed.
3 & 5 are identical and can be merged.

Wondering why I never received an email notification for the two replies above!
I already sent the application a week via Redgistarted AD post. Never received the acknowledgement back, and also waiting for some response from RPO. The status remains the same
