WESCO is private Electricity distribution organisation it purchases Electricity from GRIDCO and supplies Electricity to consumers of Western Orissa. GRIDCO is an Govt Organisation. I did not find any PIO or RTI link in there web site. Is this company should be covered under RTI. Please let me know      |
