SPIO O/o SP Karnal has supplied me the information that if a person is caught using Red or blue light without any permission and authority ,then in tat case a penality of Rs 100/- is imposed upon him as per motor vehicle act is concerned . The whole of the country i.e center as well as state is always saying that the security of the country and the people is the utmost duty of the Govt. It is known fact that the vehicle having red and blue lights are being used oftenly in illegal activities by the unsocial elements , such type of law is aboon for these people. The red and blue lights can be purchased by any body from the marked as these are openly being sold without any restriction . This is a very big threat to the nation and big drawback in the law. The Govt must control it and think over it seriously.
