To start with navigate though ALL ABOUT RTI icon on home page and GUIDE section on this page[ right top]. Peruse few postings to have practical exposure. I also invite you to visit my blog. KC College conducts certificate course in RTI. U can send personal messages through this portal to active members of Mumbai.
