Can I retrieve the Ration Card Details of a particular family ?
I wanted to know the names of the people residing at that address. Besides, this family has got multiple ration cards of different addresses.

This members of this family has testified in the police chargesheet with wrong adresses to harass.

I'm also trying my luck to retrieve the voters list of their house. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If U can substantiate that info is for larger public interest, U can get this info through RTI.

Ration is not a secret document and you can ask the details or particulars of any ration card.

Ration Card is given to a family to provide rations at a subsidised rate.
The subsidy comes from public funds.
If someone is using more than one ration card then he is cheating the public exchequer.
The public has a right to get details of all such matters since these are public funds.
