accessing survey records

Hi,

This is chandrasekaran from trichy , i purchased a piece of plot in year 1989 with having all the known necessary points in the consideration for getting clear on rights. But unfortunately the neighbours are saying that we have encroached there plots. Hence surveyor was called and plot was measured, whatever the papers we have in our hand are old and there is small amendments done year 1992, which makes 3 feet loss in each side of your plot , now the question that , we have not receive any formal message from survey office for their updates in the land reformation , the same land was surveyed in year 1975 and 1989 and letters are certified by the same surveyor officer , now how could it become void , was it same for every occupants of the street and it is being done only in case , need some help on proceeding the case please.

so File RTI with tehsildar ( office of surveyor in TN )
asking for all amendments with in the period concern and on which location
asking for ( where is this plot ) any amendments with in this <>period
provide certified copies of all amendments within this <> period next rti app should be filed only after receiving this info
