members,

i gave the introduction of Mr. X to 'Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd.', for opening of his demat account.

in between we faced some differences.

now i want to have the copy of the application form where i had introduced Mr. x to SHCIL.

through RTI is it possible to get it ?

This may fall under third party information. The third party's objections, if any, are to be considered by the PIO and then the PIO may decide about disclosing the info or not. For better success you may specify clearly which particular entry in the application form concerns you and hence you want to know. If it is severable, the PIO may furnish it to you without much ado.

SHCIL is a public ltd company and u have to obtain info through sebi or roc. If U hav introdued the demat account, U can request directly for perusal and photocopy of form. U may refer my blog http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...under-rti.html
