Need Help: Complaint before the CIC

Sir’s.
I intend to file a complaint before the CIC under section 18, 1e. I am aware that in the complaint to CIC i must produce mailing proof sent to the AA &PIO to CIC along with the two set of documents
My query is do I have to send a copy of my complaint to the AA &PIO along with the other details which has to be sent to the AA &PIO ?
Would be grateful if learned members guide me to succeed

Just the same way you submitted the RTI Application.

Either hand it over personally and get a stamp of receipt and date on your copy (xerox of this to be attached to the CIC's 2 copies) or send it by Registered AD (Photocopies of the postal receipt and AD card to be attached to the 2 CIC copies) or by Speed Post (track it online and attach the delivery status report printout and attach it to the CIC copies).
