Question: BMC school causing hazzards

Hello sir,

This is Ashwin Matta residing at 12/b, Botawala Bldg Third floor ; Sitladevi Temple Road ; Mahim, Mumbai-400016. is representing on behalf of the whole building we have a problem and a question.

The problem is that there is a bmc school in our building which is been shut from past more that 15 years . the conditon of the school is such that anytime the slabs can come down the windows are open the pigeons are lying dead inside there is lot of debris left indest due to which all tenants are facing a lot of problme. we have been complaining to BMC from past 2 years now still no responce . so the question is what exactly is the problem why a action is not been taken againt this problem what exactly is the matter , why

so i would like to request u to look into this matter abd let us know the details about the same from ur records so that we can take action againt the same in a proper channel .
we would be highly be obligues if u can look into this matter at the earliest.

First give your complaint in written to BMC and hand it over personally and get a stamp of receipt or send it by Registered AD or by Speed Post. If no reply after 20/25 days file an RTI application with the help of blog of JPS 50 Sir : http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ding-govt.html.

Thanks for replying but we have already complained to BMC regarding the same several times they just sign the papers and gives us saying that it will be solved but yet from 2 years now nothing has been done yet. If u still want me to launch anothe complaint let me know i will do that give me an address where should i go now. and which higher authority member should i meet we are in realy hazzard. Can i have an option directly to file an RTI application direclty coz we are really fed up complaining to BMC and just waste our stationery and secondly what is "blog of JPS 50 ".

please guide me a proper channel to launch an RTI application directly.

hello sir first of all thanks for helping me with my first query my second query would be i m a web designer and currently one of my project is going on for a school their website is alsmost been designed now they need a .edu domain so from where can i get .edu domin where should i apply for it as far as my knowledge for that i have to apply to the government for the same so where should i apply for it
