FA and related question
In one of the First Appeal i have asked several obvious question to FA since i have written i will not be present in hearing...so FA has sent a letter saying any statement contains "Why " is out of RTI Matter .....what should i doo now ?

If you are not satisfied with the decision of the appellate authority you can appeal to the CIC or the SIC as the case may be.Sponsorer

Questionaire [ pointed questions seeking explanation - like why , where , when etc. ] do not fall in category of Information . Information means documents or records present in any other material form . PIO is not reqd to ANSWER your question , he is required to supply Information [ copies of documents etc . ]
when FAA has passed order in FA , only remedy is 2nd Appeal with relevant Information Commission .
