A bribery index ranks India as the worst offender among leading exporters.

I read in the news today that India is ranked 1st in Bribery Index.

Surely the report was meant to shock, to agitate, and even to anger Indians. Yet, in the face of news that an international watchdog group has just labeled his country home to the world's biggest bribers.

Switzerland was given the highest grade by the global anticorruption group.

Will RTI ever be able to move India up the ladder?

I hope RTI will help this index to turn around. The Government will be come transparent and accountable and would reveal a lot in future.

Dear sir,
It is extremely shocking news that India is number one in the list of bribary. There are many leaders who sacrificed their lives and property for the sake of the country.Many people participated in the independance of our country. That generation has gone.Mainly politicians, many employees in the govt sectors are responsible for this situation. Each one who is connected with this senario should feel the responsibility.I pray that they have to change patern for the sake of great country.
