i want to know the address of Chief Information Commissioner Punjab , and procedure of filing appeal before him against any order of state information officer. What is the proforma and other required documents/ affidavits to attach with it and amt of fee and way of depositing it. is it necessary to engage an Advocate for this purpose or can it be filed through post ?      |

U can get all the info on official website of state govt-rti icon or website of punjab information commission. If no proforma is prescribed by govt, u can safely use proforma of CIC available at http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ic-format.html. Pl visit http://www.infocommpunjab.com/
