Hai Sir, It is nice to get your reply. Can you help me regarding this RTI act. Now I need following questions' answers.. Who gives the patent for ayurveda medicines? Do they have a record on the no of patents given in a year? If so, can we see a trend in the increase of patented medicine in the last one decade? which company gets maximum no of patents? Which is the area in which maximum no of patented medicines have come out recently..areas like heart disease, liver, diabetes, obbesity, rehematism...etc. Are they a must for fighting new generation diseases? what is the record of companies in Kerala on this front? Kottakkal, SD pharmacy, Dhanwanthary, Pankaja kasturi etc. what is the trend among Kerala companies on patented madicines? what is the share of patented medicines for them in terms of no of medicines and revenue? is there is a pattern of steady increase? |
