Information: Concerned CPIO/PIO/SIO address of PF, Gurgaon Office

Sir,

I have worked with Pearl Global Limited which is a Gurgaon based company, after leaving the organisation I applied for my PF withdrwal though the said company, they submitted my PF request under
PF No.HRFD8922/3574 on 14th Feb, 2008 in the Office addess mentioned therein is Bhavishya Nidi Bhawan, Plot No.43, Sector 44, Institutional Area, Gurgaon - 122 002. I got the contact numbers of this office through web site of epfo but nobody picks up the phone and once its picked nobody gives the correct information.

I need to know to whom I mean the CPIO/PIO or SIP should i approach for RTI where I can get the present status of my PF withdrwal. I also gave my Sarojini Nagar SBI account details to transfer the money. Also looking for the exact proforma of RTI link may kindly be sent to me.

Please help I am running helter skelter for the same

Thank you so much for reply above numbers are changed now if I am sitting in Delhi then I am not able to get the changed number from exchange what should i do in this situation please suggest. Also send me the PF application format which is mandatory.

Contacting govt offices on phone is waste of time and money. It is better to email. U have full addresses of CPIO on EPFO under RTI icon. U can also refer following articles: HOW TO LOCATE A PIO UNDER RTI ACT 2005 - RTI Guide. I think format would be in the said website only.

You may also file an online grievance in the EPFO portal. Please see my blog for more information which may be of use to you.
