success story!!! Hi Friends
I had filed an RTI to the Dental Council of India & Directorate general of medical education, UP goverment in the case of non refund of security amount by a private dental college in ghaziabad.Though i am still awaiting the reply of the RTI as it was filed only before one week, i have got a call directly from the chairman of the college to collect the cheque of the security amount today only. He also assured me that it will not take more than 10 mins to complete the whole process.
According to him the council secretary called him up to release the cheque and sort out the matter before replying for the RTI.
Thanx for the panel and members who suggested me on this forum in this regard.
