Hi,

Would like to have information about Form M-20

HI parag M 20 form is an indemnity bond.Ii has to be submitted to the Co-op Hsg Society Registrar within 15 days after electin th committee membersso as to become recognised committee membertill the term of the committee.It has to be done on a stamp paper of Rs 200/- If this is not done then you shall not be recognised as a committee member Please refer to the bye law of the co-op hsg society Rule 58-A

Thanks Malcom,

Only thing we wanted to know is there any personal liability or what are the liabilities of the members. As due to different openions even though it is compulsory it is not advised.
