Hi All,
I prepared one RTI application, to get some information regarding the auction of shop. I am attaching tha application, Plz advise if some modifications are required.
Also advise, in whose favour I need to buy IPO's.

Dear Lovekesh,

For filing application in Haryana State, you need to use the prescribed form. Download the form given below and prepare your application accordingly.

Application fee in Haryana is Rs. 50 which can be paid through treasury challans or through Indian Postal Orders.

Cantonment Boards all over India are under the Office of Defence Estates.
That is a part of the Ministry of Defence.
It is a Public Authority under the Centre and therefore Centre RTI Rules and Fees apply.

IPO's are sold with the "payees" name left blank.

You can fill it up payable to "Accounts Officer".

"Accounts Officer". By the way, fees for application is Rs 10. You can also buy IPO from your nearest post office and send it with your RTI application. It is a cheaper method.
