if PIO denied or failed for inspection of record.....what we can demand with FAA

we can demand free inspection or free copy of record.

the relief will always be as per original RTI request . If you asked for copies only , you will get that only . If you asked for inspection , you will get inspection . If had asked for inspection and copies too at the time of inspection , then you will get both .
So , in future , when you demand inspection , do write " I will get copies of required documents from records at the time of Inspection" .

A)“After receipt of your approval under this application, I intend to carry out actual inspection of records and obtain certified photocopies of records identified by me during inspection. I may be permitted such inspection.”

B)CIC has permitted video grapy and photography during inspection in following two decisions:

CIC/WB/A/2006/00144 decision dated 03-08-2006 and
CIC/AD/A/09/00125 dated 23-02- 2009

PIO replied : NO PHOTO GRAPHY /VIDEOGRAPHY WILL BE PERMITTED DURING INSPECTION

Malhotra sir, application starts from above para A and mentioned Para B also ... can demand free copy and free inspection u/s 7(6)????
