For central govt info visit http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...govt-info.html. U can use this format in case of states which have not prescribed any format under state rti rules. For state wise rules as to format and fee pl visit GUIDE section. U can also visit official website of your state govt-rti icon and website of state info commission for details.
