Delete names in Rationcad and apply for new ration card on purchase of new flat

Hi, My name is mittul meghani and i have purchase a new flat in borivali mumbai i want to delete my name and my wifes name from old house which is in kandivali and apply for new ration card please tell me the procedures please help me

8.If a card holder is moving from one Locality of greater Mumbai to another, there is no need to surrender his card. A slip giving the address of the rationoing office for the new residence, reference number and the number of the new ration shop (ARS No.) will be attached to his ration card by the rationing office. The card holder should first go to his change of residence; the officer in change will guide him regarding the steps to be taken.

9.If the card holder is moving to mumbai from distrcts or from outside the state, he will have to get a surrender slip from his old rationing office and present it at the new rationing office. If the card holder did not have a ration card in his former home he will have to get a certificate from the 'talathi' of his district to this effect. In case where documentary evidence cannot be produced, the Rationing Inspector will inspect the home, verify the statement of the applicant and issue a temporary card.

my husband had his name in his sisters ration card staying in Nallasopara, few years back. He removed the name from there and tried to make a new card in our new address. But unfortunately tehsildar stamp was not there in the paper and ration office people said no for puttinghis name in the card in Malad (this took place 8 years back) since my husband got posted in new place he couldn't continue with the procedure but about 4 years back again when we tried for the stamp from tehsildar office they said they want the old ration card, but now his sister had changed her residence and changed the ration card too. after that again he got posted in Hyderabad now after our return to mumbai again we are trying to put the name in our new ration card but still the same problem. what should we do

Submit your application for the ration card. If ration card cannot be issued, it is their duty to reject the application giving proper reasons.

This is Kiran. I would be shifting from my old place in Andheri to my new house in Bhandup with my wife. What is the process to get my ration card shifted to bhandup from andheri. Thanks for replying.
