I am a resident of ORISSA and want to know about the RTI format for getting information from state concil of technical education and vocational training ,ORISSA and how much i have to pay for getting this information and to whom i have to pay.Whether i can in cash directly to concerned officer or not.
Please answer me as soon as possible and inform me about the related website so that i can download the RTI format.

sir,
I have asked information regarding duplicate marksheet in state council of technical education and vocational training,orissa through rti act.But i have not got any information after expiry of 45days from concerned PIO,Vice chairman of concernded office refuse to give any information about the office.
I am helpless now,please help me in this regard.
I have applied through form A of rti act orissa paying 35 rupees for getting information by speed post

sir,
I have asked information regarding duplicate mark sheet in state council of technical education and vocational training in orissa with form A .But after elapse of 60 days also i have not got any information regarding isuuance of duplicate marksheet.please help me in this regard and whom i have to complaint so that i will get the information as soon as possible and how take action against the public information officer of the council.

Have you filed First Appeal ?

RTI procedure is :
1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO
2. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6(3)),
First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO)
3. If no reply/ not satisfied with reply in 45 days to the First Appeal, then Second Appeal to the CIC/SIC (time period is 90 days)
