    Unauthorize construction

    Hi,

    I am ashok. I live in tripal story flat made by GDA. GDA has not permitted construction of fourth floor but still people are constructing new floor. So i want to file an RTI kindly guide me with the questions. I will be very thankful to all of you.

    01. approved plans upto 3rd floor and the terms & conditions
    02. the permission to construct additional floor
    03. its site plan and its approval for fourth floor
    04. Name of the persons who applied for the same
    05. Rules - if the same are violated
    06. Action taken by the GDA against the defaulters
