letter to pf office.doc

Hi.................This is Sameer..

I have applied for pf withdrawal form in April - 2010, but Not received pf for 1 & half year.....
so i write RTI application in August - 2010 but the Informaiton officer refuses my first RTI Because i
have used Rs 10/- Court Fee Stamp Insted of IPO, DD, BC.
Then on 14.10.2011 i write another RTI application to pf office, they received that RTI Application on 17.10.2011 in morning & up to 1.45 PM i have Received my PF in my bank Account......

I Attached my letter for as example for any other peoples............who in need.

Further i want to know this delay is because of pf officers so can i claim for my additional interest, my postal expenses & for mind harrasmet [Mansic pida] please tell me....
