Pharmacy Council of India now discloses Sec 4 information on website - partial success
I had lodged a Complaint with the CIC regarding non disclosure of Sec 4 information by the Pharmacy Council of India.
The CIC has now passed an order.
Both the complaint and the order are attached.
The Pharmacy Council has now disclosed the Sec 4 information on its website.
However, as can be noticed, the CIC has not addressed all my prayers made in the Complaint. So, at the most, this can be claimed as a partial success.
