Now you seem to sound like the very corrupt
babu's who dont want the
RTI Act. Why should the citizens have to pay more to know where their money is being used for. The citizens pay taxes. Its their money. So they have ar right to know what for, how much and on whom its being spent on.
And why should the applicant be asked to ber the cost of the stamps. These stamps are also bought from their money. Not the onus is on the
PIO that the information has been provided. So its upto him to prove that it was despatched.
