RTI is used only to get information from the government departments (except for exempted departments). ICICI is a private firm so you can not use RTI for it. For details about RTI, go through : Right to Information Act (India). For ICICI, first you should contact to their customer grievance department to get resolve your problem. If it still persist then you can go to the Consumer court. |
