Copy of Notice not received

There was a Notice issued by BMC to SBI Employees Sanman Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd. stating that this society building is dangerous. At that time managing committee of the said society has resigned and registrar of the societies have not taken the charge of our society.

How can I get the copy of Notice? I have Visted Building department for 5 to 6 times. Officer Mr. Lad had told me that he is newly deputed & dont know where the earlier files were kept.

I am worried because I am secretary for the said society & this notice is required as we have to carry out our society's structure audit as well as redevelopment.
