RTI for SSSB Punjab merit list clarification

Today SSSB Punjab upload merit list against various posts wide advertisement no. 5/2011, but i have doubt against merit list becuase as per adv. rules merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in qualification and if u see merit list of Forest officer on recruitment.cdacmohali.in website a candidate have 200 marks as per merit and there is no any creteria mentioned on website even no any fees confirmation list uploaded on website prior to merit result, and for discussion on matter i tried to call on cdac helpline nos. 01726619054-55 but no any person respond on phone so kindly sugest me what is solution for this kindly respond as soon as possible

Do you have the printed advt of the said recruitment drive ??

I doubt if this was the original advt. even , as If they had to recruit like this, what was need for using CDAC ...CDAC recruits for written tests....

Provide me with details newspaper details of this post published.....if u can.....
I dunno how i missed reading this so important point of recruitment process while applying for it....

I applied for ELECTION KANAUNGO ...The same thing is there in the merit list for this post...

I am also filing RTI , after understanding actually what happened with the process...I was waiting for ROLL NUMBER and they published direct merit list...

Also, These are not very transparent people , they may not respond/ send the letter to CDAC saying CDAC dealt with recruitment....So, to save time We must RTI SSSB , Punjab and CDAC both...

I have all the details of CDAC and SSSB for filing RTI ....

The problem is that they are publishing advt. only in Punjabi and so most of recruitment blogs are being bypassed and details of the advt is not easy to obtain.....

I will be preparing an RTI today...lets do it together....bring more people if u can...

i have just chk cdac website, now today SSSB upload overall result as per total applications submited to them but i m surprised to chk that some of the candidates merit list is 100/100 in case of Dairy field assistant and even one candidate have 200 merit out of 100 in case of forest officer post and 165,163,162 and so on in case of patwari post. u can chk proper advt. at http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in/SSSPB/advt.pdf link and post wise merit list also uploaded, there is clearcut mentioned that merit list will be prepared on the basis of qulaification marks obtained in metric in case of dairy field assistant. And dear plz favour me if u can, kindly guide me what is format for lodge RTI by making pointwise queries bcoz i had never do this before. so plz help me only first and last time.
