Sir/Mdama
i was required some information under rti act 2005 from BDPO.
i sent the application through courier to BDPO & also sent 1st appeal through courier to DDPO, so i want to know, is couriered applications are valid for rti.

They are valid as long as you have proof of delivery by the courier to that office.Sponsorer
The best method for sending a RTI application is by Speed Post.

R/Sir,
i have required information from BDPO (Panchayti Raj Haryana) & i sent reminder after 25-30 days, but i m still awaited for reply. I also sent 1st appeal to DDPO, in this concern i want to know, i was sent 1st appeal after 1 month & 25 days to BDPO, is 1st appeal application is valid in this period. Further what should be my next step & when.
