Need Help: waiting for stipend from AICTE from last two years

Hello all,

I am an student of M.tech.I have cleared the GATE examination and thus i am elligible for getting stipend of Rs 8000 per month from AICTE.But,I have not recieved a single penny from that.My whole batch of 13 students didn't got the stipend.I don't know wether the delay is from college or ACITE.
Now I have completed my M.tech and still waiting for the stipend

Thus i want to know the status for the same.

File an RTI application to the CPIO of AICTE New Delhi with Rs.10/- as an application fee in favour of accounts officer of the AICTE.
The following questions can be asked if you have a proof of submission of relevant forms for stipend to the relevant authority.
1 a) List of officer(s) along with their designation responsible for the inordinate delay in the sanction of my stipend. The relevant records are enclosed with this application.

b) certified copies of the records containing the daily progress report made on my request submitted through the (provide the designation of the authority to which u submitted the relevant documents along with the date)



c)certified copies of the records containing the Details of the receipt of the records connected to my stipend (with date) to the respective office/section.

d) certified copies of the records containing the duration of the stay of the records connected to my stipend with respective office/section.

e) certified copies of the records containing the action by the concerned officer(s) take on it during that period.

f) certified copies of the records containing the departmental action taken against defaulting officer(s)?

g) certified copies of the records containing the information on the specification of time limit by when the official action is to be taken.

h) Provide names and designations of the officer(s) in charge of handling the papers connected to the processing of my stipend.

i) records containing the norms as prescribed for the department to deal with these types of applications/complaints/grievances.

j) List of similar applications/complaints that were received after my application but dealt with earlier and the reasons thereof.
k) copies of the records containing information on the sanctioning of my stipend and the dispatch of the same to the competent authority / official / institution for final disbursement of the amount.
