ASKING INFORMATION FROM POLICESponsorer
Evaluate on the below and frame the right queries from Police Department and always have hope and it shall work.
1. Always ask for police diary - This will send shivers to the police
2. Ask for the police officer assets - handle sec 8(1)(e) preemptively.
3. Ask to disclose the reasons recorded to arrest you / family and attach a copy
4. If you believe the police has been bribed, put allegations of corruption and be harsh but maintain decorum in the legal language.
5. Ask to disclose the dates recorded and the statement recorded from you.
6. Ask for the inconvenient information by naming (and not blaming) the police officer.
7. Look for the relationship of Opposite party with the police Officers/Officials.
8. Ask for day-day-progress of the case.
9. Ask for the latest status of the case.
