It is not clear what you mean by 'status of account'. Perhaps you want to know the balance in your account. You will come to know that from the annual account statement issued to you. That will show you the balance as on 31st March of the year. For example, after April 2008, you would have got the annual accounts statement showing the balance as on 31/03/2008. To know the current balance as on today you have to make your own calculations. As of now, there is no system to let you know the current balance.
