Sanjay1, Please read through the following thread and all the links/attachments given therein. Your questions will be answered. I suggest that PLEASE do not send by email. Please use the Speed Post or Registered AD where proof of delivery is available. If you want to be personally present at the time of hearing, mention this clearly in your covering letter, so that you are informed the date of hearing well in advance by the CIC. Best of luck !
