There is no claim form for IT refunds. When you filed your IT returns, you would have shown a refund at the end. You would have also given your bank details for the refund to be credited to your bank account. As soon as the assessment is complete, the refund is credited to your bank account automatically. You get a copy of the assessment order with the credit advice.
