Construction of Road by HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority)

Dear Sirs,
I reside in Sector 14 of Hisar( Haryana). The main road length about 1 km was in very bad condition. I sought information under RTI about the rules for construction, expenditure incurred on repair of this road, payment to contractor and condition of maintainance of the road by contractor for a particular period etc. I also sought information about the disposal of rain water through drainage system.
Too my surprise within 3 days the hole were filled in with sand. On due date when I did not receive I information I made an appeal to 1st appeallate authority. The construction of road was completed by the date fixed for hearing by the appeallate authority. I was provided information on the eve of hearing. The information was incomplete. The appeallate authority did not accept my appeal.

I appealed to State level where my appeal was accepted on two points which relates to disposal of rain water and directed HUDA to provide information by 25th Nov. The road has been constructed due to this RTI Application but it will soon be damanged as rain water disposal system has not been maintained.

Soon I am taking for the information about rain water disposal
