    My interest is
    1..How to make working of small co-operative Housing societies progressive.
    2..How to remove negative attitudes of members.
    3..How Cooperative Housing Societies should enter into financial transactions with outsiders.
    4..Is it compulsory to prepare bills/invoices on Members to collect monthly contribution in the case of small societies, where there is no disputes.
    5..Many more interesting ideas and suggestions which will help the society to reduce RTI applications.

    I am a Resident of co-operative society in Kandivali West. Our society has two wings and there are lot of disputes going among the members. Majority members of our members want to separate the societies. We want to propose separation. Can u guide us on the same?
