leave and licensed law
dear sir/madam,
i was leavings on leave and licensed bases in co. op. hsg. society situated nearby, now my agreement is over but some genuine reason i want to extend my agreement for two months more and for that our society has charge me around one month rent amount as a donation to the society and the society is not giving me any written clarification respect to that, so here i have one query that is this authentic? is there any rules to charge any licensee from society? and is it necessary to pay to society? if not then, can i take some legal action against society for the matter? what is the procedure for that?
Thank you.
