RTI through Email for a BPL Person? I know a harassed BPL person who isn't getting his scholarship. Since he doesn't need to pay the RTI Fees, can I send his application through Email with a scanned copy of his BPL Card attached? Or is sending through Speed Post better? Please note that getting a reply to his RTI is crucial for him.

Send through speed post & keep the proof of mailing for first appeal in case if the application does not perceive result.Sponsorer
